1956 Red Schoendienst Game Worn St. Offered is a pair of St. Louis Cardinals pants worn by baseball Hall of Fame member Red Schoendienst during the 1956 season. The pants were made by Rawlings and show even, over-all consistent wear. On the inside, just below the waistband is a swatch with. The swatch was sewn onto the pants just below above the washing instructions tag and Rawlings Hall of Fame tag. There is also a flag tag that reads Set 1 1956. The pants may have been recycled because hand-written in the waistband are the uniform numbers 45 (crossed-out) and 64. The pants have a single team-repair/patch on the right knee. All in all, they are in phenomenal condition. In 1957 and 1958, the jersey number 45 was assigned to Von Daniel.
